These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by BeSURE Business Consulting LLP ("BeSURE," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

BeSURE Business Consulting LLP provides business consulting, strategic planning, branding, digital marketing, event management, financial advisory, legal compliance guidance, production services, and business setup assistance. The specific scope of services for each client engagement is defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BeSURE Business Consulting LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Work product created specifically for clients becomes client property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Make timely decisions and approvals as needed
• Pay all fees as specified in the Service Agreement
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary BeSURE methodologies and tools

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual Service Agreement. Generally, project-based work requires a deposit before commencement, with the balance due upon completion. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the Service Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeSURE's liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable. BeSURE reserves the right to terminate services immediately if client violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seminole County, Florida, except where prohibited by law.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email.
